Product Description

Arduino Leonardo is a microcontroller board based on the ATmega32U4. It has 20 digital inputs / Output pins (7 of which can be used as PWM outputs and 12 analog inputs), a 16MHz crystal oscillator, a micro USB connector, a power connector, an ICSP header and a reset button. It includes everything needed to support the microcontroller; just connect it to a computer with a USB cable or power it with an AC-DC adapter or battery to get started.

Als MIDI-Controller einfach klasse !

Als Hobby-Musiker wollte ich einen speziellen MIDI-Controller bauen der über USB angesteuert wird.
Meine Befürchtung war daß es ein Problem gibt weil die USB-Schnittstelle bereits für den Bootloader benutzt wird.
Hatte sich nicht bestätigt, Bootloader (virtueller Com-Port) und MIDI-Schnittstelle (generic MIDI, ohne speziellen Windows-Treiber) teilen sich den USB-Anschluss problemlos.
Unkomplizierter geht es nicht, viel günstiger als fertige DIY-MIDI-Controller (ab 49 Euro aufwärts bis mehrere 100 Euro) und natürlich viel flexibler für spezielle Anforderungen weil man das Teil selbst programmieren und mit preisgünstiger Peripherie beliebig erweitern kann.
Einfach nur hervorragend !
