This is an E-Ink display HAT for Raspberry Pi, 9.7inch, 1200x825 resolution, with embedded controller IT8951, communicating via USB/SPI/I80/I2C interface.

Due to the advantages like ultra low power consumption, wide viewing angle, clear display without electricity, it is an ideal choice for applications such as shelf label, industrial instrument, and so on.

WaveShare 1200x825, 9.7inch E-Ink display HAT for Raspberry Pi

Die kurze Refreshzeit von ca. 1 Sec ist im Vergleich zu meinem 7,5 EPD wirklich sehr flott. Auch flackert das Display dabei wesentlich weniger.
Die Darstellung ist gestochen scharf.
Wenn man sich an die diese Anleitung: https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/9.7inch_e-Paper_HAT hält, läuft die Demo innerhalb von ein paar Minuten.

Leider wird das Display mit dem ESP32 nicht von Waveshare unterstützt.

Man kann es evtl. mit der GxEPD2 library zum Laufen bekommen, da das 6 display mit dem Driver board (IT8951) schon implementiert ist.
