Product Description

The M5Stack LLM (large language model) Module Kit (AX630C) is a modular edge LLM inference module kit designed for local AI inference and data communication interface applications. The kit combines the Module LLM and Module LLM Mate to provide offline language-model processing together with practical serial and network connectivity for embedded terminal devices.

The Module LLM is built around the AiXin AX630C SoC and targets efficient on-device intelligent interaction without cloud dependence. It integrates the StackFlow framework and supports Arduino and UiFlow libraries. The module is preloaded with the Qwen2.5-0.5B model and includes KWS, ASR, LLM, and TTS functions, with support for software and model updates through apt. The Module LLM Mate extends the system with CH340N USB-to-serial debugging, USB Type-C log output, RJ45 connectivity with onboard network transformer for 100 Mbps Ethernet expansion and core serial access, plus a direct FPC-8P link to the LLM module for stable communication.
