manchmal ist es traurig

Ein Raspi mit touchscreen sollte ja heutzutage kein Problem sein.
Das Waveshare 11.1 lief dann auch sofort, irgendwie. Aber auch nach einigen Stunden Recherche und Fiddelei habe ich immer noch keine befriedigende Lösung für das on screen keyboard, sondern ich habe drei. Keine davon ist wirklich brauchbar. Und zur login-time sind sie alle noch nicht verfügbar.
Keine Sorge, ich bekomme das irgendwann irgendwie gelöst. Aber es ist sehr traurig und man fragt sich, was diese vielen Dummschwätzer in den Foren und auf Youtube denn nun eigentlich ausprobieren, bevor sie Empfehlungen aussprechen.
Im Moment benutze ich wieder X-Windows remote bzw. RDP . Traurig. Sehr traurig.

So wie es sein soll

Ich hab das Display ausgepackt und angeschlossen.
Am Rpi 4 lief es auf Anhieb wie es soll.
klar braucht man ziemlich kleine finger bei einem 11.6 Bildschirm
und ner Full HD Auflösung, aber damit war zu rechnen.
Toll ist auch der eingebaute Hdmi/Audio splitter. Perfekt!
Alles in allem, für den preis, Top!!!

Macht was er soll

ich benutze den Bildschirm im Boot. Ohne direkte Sonnenenstrahlung ist er sehr hell. Touch ist gut (mit Win10).
Arbeitet mit 12V, dennoch habe ich davor eine regulierte Spannungsversorgung gesetzt, um Spannungsspitzen zu vermeiden. Durch Bestromung geht er automatisch an, man muss also nicht den Knopf auf der Rückseite drücken. Durch das mitgelieferte HDMI Kabel werden auch automatisch die Lautsprecher versorgt. Klingte zunächst etwas hohl doch, durch Equalizer Einstellungen im Windows wirds besser.
Leider ist im oberen Bildschirmrand ein Streifen zu sehen, deshalb Abzug.
Die 4 Gewinde auf der Rückseite sind nicht besonders tief. Möglicherweise muss man hier Schrauben kürzen.
