Product Description

The Waveshare RPi Camera (G) is a compact camera expansion board for Raspberry Pi systems. The RPi Camera (G) variant uses the OV5647 image sensor with 5 megapixel resolution and is intended for image and video applications requiring a wider field of view and adjustable focus.

The board connects through the Raspberry Pi camera interface using a 15-pin FFC connection. With the included standard FFC and the additional camera cable for Raspberry Pi Zero V1.3, the module can be integrated with different Raspberry Pi form factors. This makes it suitable for prototyping, embedded vision setups, and compact image capture assemblies.
