Widely used in motor speed detection, pulse counting, position limit and so on.

Wide voltage comparator LM393
Slot-type optocoupler, width of slot: 5mm
Output status indicator: high - ON, LOW - OFF (with obstruct: output high; with obstruct: output low)
Working voltage: 3.3V - 5V
Output format: digital switching output (0 and 1)
Fixed mount holes for easy installation
Small PCB board size: 3.2cm x 1.4cm

Working Introduction:

When the slot is unobstructed, DO output - LOW. When the slot is blocked, DO output - HIGH
DO can be directly connected to the microcontroller IO port, whether the sensor is unobstructed. The motor speed can be detected with the motor encoder.
DO can be connected to relays, as a limit switch.
DO can be connected with active buzzer module, as an alarm device.

Wiring instructions:

VCC - positive power supply 3.3-5V
GND - negative power supply
DO - TTL switching signal output
AO - no function
