The DFRobot Fermion: Serial Data Logger V2.0 is a serial data logger module for Arduino designed for straightforward recording and storage of measurement and status data on a TF card. The Fermion: Serial Data Logger V2.0 for Arduino variant supports direct data printing through the serial port, reducing the need for additional code for file handling.
Compared with earlier modules, the V2.0 version adds practical file and access functions. It supports TXT and CSV file formats, scheduled file creation, and a USB connection for direct reading of stored files on a PC without a separate card reader. An onboard LED provides visual write-status indication, and the SAVE pin allows data to be stored in separate files. The module supports TF cards up to 32 GB, making it suitable for long-duration data logging tasks.
