Overview:
The Arduino platform is a hardware and software physical computing platform. The hardware consists of a simple I/O board with a microcontroller and analog and digital inputs and outputs. The development environment is based on the Processing and Wiring development environment, which is intended to make programming and microcontrollers easier to access for artists, designers, hobbyists and other interested parties.
