Operating Instructions:

Use a 5V charger and USB-C charging cable for charging. During charging, the red light blinks, and when fully charged, the red light stays on. Supports C-TO-C charging.
Press the switch for about 2 seconds to turn the fan on/off. When turned on, the first level lights up white. Short press to switch between levels 1 (5V), 2 (6V), 3 (7V), 4 (8V), 5 (9V).
After turning on the fan, double-click the button to turn the cooling function on/off. When cooling is on, the blue light stays on.
During charging, the fan can be turned on, but the cooling function cannot be activated.
