Product Description

With the RTC DS3231, the date and time can be saved even if the corresponding circuit is de-energized. Communication takes place via the simple I2C bus.

RTC DS3231 AT24C32 Memory Real Time Clock I2C Module for Arduino AVR UNO ARM PIC
The DS3231 module is an accurate I2C real-time clock (RTC), with an integrated temperature - crystal oscillator (TCXO) and crystal.
CR2032 button cell battery.
Possible queries: seconds, minutes, hours, day, date, month and year.
Date is automatically adjusted, including corrections for leap years.
The clock operates in either the 24-hour AM/PM mode or 12-hour format. The module offers two configurable "alarm clocks" and a calendar.
Address and data are serially transmitted bidirectionally via an I2C bus.
The IC has an integrated, very precise digital temperature sensor that can be queried via the I2C interface.
