Product Description

The DFRobot Gravity: VL53L0X ToF Distance Sensor (30-2000mm) is a compact time-of-flight distance sensor module for non-contact distance measurement from 30 to 2000 mm. It is based on the VL53L0X sensor IC, which uses the ToF principle to measure absolute distance with reduced dependence on target reflectivity compared with conventional approaches.

The module integrates a Gravity-I2C interface and is designed for a 3.3 to 5 V DC supply range. According to the source data, ranging accuracy is ±3% and sampling time is ≤ 30 ms. The integrated 940 nm VCSEL emitter operates in the infrared range and is invisible to the human eye. Internal optical filtering improves ambient light immunity and robustness in applications using cover glass.
