The DFRobot Gravity: PAV3015 air velocity sensor module SEN0639 is a compact digital anemometer for airflow monitoring in embedded electronics and control systems. It is based on the Posifa PAV3015D sensing element and uses a thermal measurement principle in which temperature differences across a thermopile structure are evaluated to determine air velocity. This approach avoids mechanically moving parts.

With a measurement range of 0 to 15 m/s, an accuracy of ±5% F.S, and a typical response time of 125 ms, the module is suitable for continuous airflow monitoring in compact systems. The Gravity I2C interface simplifies integration with microcontroller platforms and control hardware. A supply range of 3.3 to 5 V supports use in a wide range of embedded designs.
