Product Description

The DFRobot OV9281 Global Shutter Camera Module for Raspberry Pi 4B / 5 (1MP, FOV 79°) is an SBC-CSI camera module designed for Raspberry Pi 4B and Raspberry Pi 5. It is built around the OV9281 image sensor and captures images at 1280x800 resolution with an effective resolution of 1 MP. Global shutter operation exposes all pixels simultaneously, reducing motion distortion and rolling-shutter artifacts when imaging fast-moving objects.

The sensor features a 3 μm x 3 μm pixel size and OmniPixel3-GSTM technology. Combined with fixed focus, an f/2.0 aperture, and an integrated infrared filter, the module is suitable for image capture in limited-light indoor or monitoring environments. Connection is provided through a MIPI-CSI-2Lane interface. Two FPC cables are included for direct connection to compatible Raspberry Pi systems without requiring additional cable purchases.
