The DFRobot Waterproof Ultrasonic Distance Sensor V2.0 ultrasonic distance sensor module SEN0207 is designed for distance measurement in damp, dusty, or exposed installations. It provides a measurement range of 24 to 500 cm and operates from 3.3 to 5 V, allowing direct interfacing with common 3.3 V and 5 V microcontroller platforms.

Unlike typical open ultrasonic ranging modules, this version uses a sealed waterproof transducer for applications exposed to splashing water, rain, or elevated environmental stress. Built-in temperature compensation accounts for temperature-dependent changes in the speed of sound and improves measurement consistency in outdoor conditions. With 3 mm resolution, specified accuracy of ±(1+S*0.5%), and a 60° beam angle, the module is suitable for robust distance sensing in compact embedded systems.
