Product Description

The DFRobot Fermion BMP581 barometric pressure sensor module SEN0667 is based on the Bosch BMP581 and is intended for precise ambient pressure and temperature measurement. The variant Fermion: BMP581 High-Precision Barometric Pressure & Temperature Sensor (Breakout, I2C/I3C/SPI, ±0.3hPa) combines a compact breakout format with multiple digital interfaces for embedded systems and instrumentation.

The module supports I2C, I3C, and SPI, allowing integration with common 3.3 V controller platforms. According to the source data, the absolute pressure accuracy is ±0.3 hPa. Combined with low noise performance, integrated linearity correction, a configurable IIR filter, and a FIFO buffer, the module is suitable for stable pressure acquisition under vibration or airflow disturbances. The interface logic level is 3.3 V; a level shifter is required when used with 5 V microcontrollers.
