The DFRobot Gravity: Factory Calibrated Electrochemical Nitrogen Dioxide Sensor is an electrochemical gas sensor module for measuring nitrogen dioxide (NO2) concentration in the 0 to 20 ppm range. The probe is factory calibrated and used with a signal conversion board that provides output via I2C, UART with 0-3 V logic level, and analog voltage.
The module operates from a 3.3 V to 5.5 V DC supply and draws less than 5 mA during operation. An integrated temperature compensation algorithm supports stable readings under changing ambient conditions. A threshold alarm function is also included. The I2C address is user configurable with 32 selectable options. The specified probe service life is more than two years in air.
The Gravity connection format supports integration into embedded and microcontroller-based systems. According to the manufacturer, the module is compatible with Arduino, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi platforms. It is suitable for development and integration of NO2 detection equipment where compact implementation, digital interfaces, and factory calibration are required.
