Product Description

The DFRobot Gravity: Factory Calibrated Electrochemical SO2 Sensor is an electrochemical gas sensor module for measuring sulfur dioxide concentration in the 0 to 20 ppm range. The probe is factory calibrated and intended for fast deployment in industrial and environmental monitoring applications.

The module uses an electrochemical sensing principle and combines the sensing probe with a signal conversion board. It supports three output modes: analog, I2C, and UART. An integrated temperature compensation algorithm, 32 configurable I2C addresses, and a threshold alarm function simplify integration into multi-sensor systems and existing control hardware. The Gravity connector system supports use with common development and control platforms such as Arduino, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi.

With high sensitivity, stable operation, and good anti-interference characteristics, the module is suitable for continuous monitoring tasks. The specified sensor service life is up to two years, making it suitable for longer-term applications with regular sensor operation.
