Operating Instructions:

Please fully charge before first use.

Fan Function:

Press the fan button once briefly to turn on the fan at level 1, the display shows 01.
Press the fan button again long to increase the level (maximum 100 levels), the display shows 01---100.
Press the cooling button long to decrease the level (minimum 01 level), the display shows 100---01.
Press the fan button again briefly to turn off the device.

Cooling Function (effective after turning on the fan):

Press the cooling button once briefly to turn on the cooling function, the green snowflake symbol on the display lights up.
Press the cooling button again briefly to turn off the cooling function, the green snowflake symbol goes out.
When charging, the cooling function is automatically disabled or cannot be activated.

Charging and Battery Display:

When plugging in the charging cable, the display lights up, the % sign blinks slowly to indicate normal charging.
When fully charged, the display shows 100, the % sign lights up continuously.
When a button is pressed, the level information is displayed first, after 3 seconds it returns to the battery display.
When the battery level is below 10%, the display starts to blink slowly, at 00% the device shuts down.
At 0% battery level, the display shows only 00 when turned on, blinks 5 times slowly, and then shuts down without activating functions.
When charging and operating at the same time, when a button is pressed, the level information is displayed first, after 3 seconds it returns to the battery display.
